The technical team at Caparo Dynamics are able to provide vibration calculations and theoretical predictions for a wide variety of applications relating to many different vibration specifications and vibration types. We are able to work with sinusoidal vibration, random vibration, providing above mount predictions for both displacement and acceleration where possible. In addition transmissibility data for the mounting system can be provided.
Some applications have complex requirements, which may involve many specifications which have to be accommodated. For example, a piece of equipment which will ultimately be used onboard a naval vessel may need to be transported by road and air before installation. This application will have to cope with three or more different vibration types and levels, and even have shock requirements.
