Rubber to Metal Mounts

This family of elastomeric mounts are suitable for a wide range of Marine, vehicle and static applications. Principally used for vibration isolation with a degree of shock protection in all planes.

  • Cone Mounts The Cone Mount series consist of a natural rubber resilient element set between two metal cones. Top and bottom washers are supplied to prevent excessive deflections. Can be used to mount engines, and associated equipment. The mounts can also be used in static applications to mount machinery. The mounts provide a stable mounting method, reducing the tendency for mounted items to tilt. Mass Range: 1.0 kg - 2,500 kg Datasheet
  • Cup Mounts The cup mount series consist of elastic elements between a base pedestal and an outer cup. The outer cup provides protection for the rubber from oil, grease, petrol, diesel, and other contaminants. Sizes 5, 6 and 7 are captive designs, making them particular suitable for applications where shock or overloads may be present, for example mobile and marine applications. Mass Range: 20 kg - 800 kg Datasheet
  • Machine Mounts The machinery mount series consist of a rubber element bonded between a steel pedestal and steel cap. The cap provides protection for the rubber element from diesel, oil, ozone, UV rays etc which are damaging to rubber. The mounts incorporate a fail-safe feature allowing the mount to remain captive should the rubber element break under shock. Mass Range: 10 kg - 2,800 kg Datasheet
  • Marine Mounts A general purpose vibration isolation mount suitable for marine and mobile applications which are exposed to axial and radial shocks, oil, diesel, and the weather. The cap provides protection for the rubber element from diesel, oil, ozone, UV rays etc. which are damaging to rubber. The mounts incorporate a fail-safe feature allowing the mount to remain captive should the rubber element break under shock. Mass Range: 10 kg - 3,000 kg Datasheet
  • TW Mounts The TW series of mounts consist of two rubber parts: one ‘washer’ and one ‘washer/bush’. The ‘washer/bush’ incorporates a metal bush, which acts as a guide for a fixing screw. It can be installed by two methods (see below) and various plate thicknesses can be accommodated. Mass Range: 50 kg - 500 kg Datasheet
