During the week Charlotte has worked in all areas of the business ensuring she has a brief but fully rounded understanding of the business environment in a manufacturing sector.

Charlotte stated that it is amazing how much goes into business planning as well as manufacturing just to get product to the customer. She added, this has been invaluable to better understand business for her future career.

Charlotte is currently in her penultimate year at school and is preparing for her GCSE's and AS levels.

Her spare time is extremely busy and varied taking in Horse Riding, Dancing, Learning to play the keyboard & drums as well as preparring for the silver level of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards.
